Isaac Newton was an English physicist from the late 1600's and early 1700's, famous for developing the law of gravity. He is mentioned briefly in "Planet of the Flies."

In the episode, Larry discovers that Tuddrussel has been taking important historical objects during their missions. When he realizes Tuddrussel had been eating an apple, he gets upset because it was the apple that fell on Newton's head to give him the ideas for the law of gravity. Tuddrussel changes the subject, saying that it was "Albert Einsteen" who "invented gravity."
